Local BMW dealership makes it two in a row
Eastview BMW in Mbombela has just received the Dealer of the Year - Metro Award for 2014. In fact, this is the second year in a row - they also won it in 2013, which makes this particularly special.
At the local presentation of the award, managing director of BMW Group SA, Tim Abbott, referred to the recent success of the production plant in Rosslyn. It was awarded the JD Power Platinum Plant Quality award for the production of the BMW 3 Series models. Referring to Eastview BMW, he said, “This is also the only dealership about which I do not receive queries and the customer-service index confirms the quality of service which is a constant at the dealership.”
Dealer principal, Jon Chandler contributed their success to his staff. “Success is always a team effort and beyond the motor plans and the rest, people make the difference,” he said.
