Latest job survey reveals how South Africans really feel
CareerJunction released the findings of its latest jobs survey this week, which reveals what motivates people to move jobs in South Africa.
Of the 10 500 participants in the CareerJunction survey from across the country, just over half said they were satisfied in their jobs.
Considering that over 30 percent of participants earn less that R50 000 per annum and only 36 percent of participants earn over R150 000, it is hardly surprising that 91 percent said that they would change jobs if the right offer came along.

Over half of the participants are optimistic that the job market will improve in the next two years, even though many survey participants feel that is has become harder to find jobs.
