Bowling club finally has long-awaited floodlights

They enjoyed a game illuminated by these new additions to the club infrastructure.

Members of the Nelspruit Bowling Club celebrated the much-anticipated installation and connection of a set of six floodlights on Friday evening.

“Through the hard work of Les Lang, club president and a number of club members the poles were planted and lights installed,” said vice-president Louise Becker.

Becker said she and the club members were delighted. “Now we are able to offer longer playing hours to our members. We have enough light now for people to come and enjoy a game or two after work hours so we invite all our members and interested parties to come and enjoy the facilities,” she said.
