The performance formed part of her nationwide tour to promote her latest album, A Sound or Something More. They also danced to tunes such as “Are You Free”, “Drowning” and “Sticks”.

Andra grew up in Swakopmund, a small town in Namibia. In 2007 she moved to Pretoria and since then she has independently recorded two solo albums.

She has toured the length and breadth of South Africa, Namibia and Botswana.
She performed at all the major South African festivals including Innibos, Oppikoppi, KNKK, Aardklop, Splashy Fen,

Up the Creek, White Mountain Folk Festival, Rise & Shine Fest, Park Acoustics and STRAB in Mozambique.
She recently performed at the US Woordfees in Stellenbosch, in a music production Haar Kitaar.
In 2014 Andra received a Standard Bank Ovation Award for her performances at the National Arts Festival in Grahamstown.

She has also collaborated with Brenda Burnit and Jaco Lotter as Off the Record doing a combination of blues and folk songs.

Fans delighted in her performance last week. Aside from her new offerings, the artist also performed songs from her previous albums Ever Had That Feeling and Broken Spanish.
