Whopping 3 000 school girls get a boost in confidence
The Mantjolo Traditional Council in partnership with Imbumba Foundation handed out sanitary towels to schoolgirls within the Barberton circuit on Monday.
The Imbumba Foundation is led by its founder Richard Mabaso.
According to Make Mantjolo, the chief wife of the Mantjolo Traditional Council, the project is aimed at keeping girls in school and ensuring that they don’t miss out on classes because of the lack of sanitary towels.

“We also aim to protect the dignity of a girl child. Let us all support them,” Mantjolo stated.
A total of 3 000 pupils benefitted from the project.
Among the schools visited were Barberton Senior Secondary School, KaMhola, Chief Funwako, Ngwane and Gateway Christian School.
