Noxolo Lubisi shared a secret to getting her dumplings to come out perfectly.

She loves trying out new things and she recently shared one of her favourite meals on social media.

Ingredients for dumpling:
- Six cups of all-purpose flour
- 1,5 cups of warm water
- A tablespoon of salt

Steps to follow:
- Dissolve the one tablespoon of salt in 1,5 cupsof warm water
- Pour three cups of all-purpose flour into a bowl and pourin salted water. Then mix.
- Then start adding more flour and keep stirring.Continue adding flour until mixture is less liquid
- Start kneading; keep seasoning dough with more flour if it gets sticky
- Knead dough until its elastic and add flour again. Then put it away, cover it with and then wait for it to settle for about 20 minutes.
- Fill a pot with water then put your closed bowl inside.Cook for about an hour.

Lubisi paired her dumpling with some of childhood favourites. “Chicken necks, gizzards and feet,” she said.

According to her it is also good for family gatherings.
