Nkosi City finally approved in Pienaar
Premier Refilwe Mtshweni-Tsipane exclusively told this paper that Nkosi City is going ahead and will be established in Pienaar as earlier proposed by local residents.
After years of planning and applications the proposed Nkosi City Project has been finally approved.
The brainchild of local people, this multiphase project will comprise 1 747 fully subsidised dwelling houses (RDP), and social housing with an estimated
166 dwelling units.

Premier Refilwe Mtshweni-Tsipane exclusively told this paper that Nkosi City is going ahead and will be established in Pienaar as earlier proposed by local residents.
“Yes, this project has been approved and it is going to be a massive one. We are hopeful that it is going to create much-needed job opportunities for local people in and around the Pienaar area,” said Mtshweni-Tsipane.

She further revealed that Nkosi City will also comprise a finance-linked individual subsidies programme which is planned to deliver 558 bonded houses, nine preschools, three primary schools, two secondary schools, a TVET College, training centres and a provincial hospital.
