Reader Brewery a book lovers’ dream

Sitting around during lockdown, four friends realised there is a gap to create something very special. Nadia Lamprecht, Aley Storm, Elri Jacobs and Mariaan Lamprecht gave birth to the idea of the Reader's Brewery by combining their love of books and the anticipation of unwrapping a gift.

They are all book fanatics. But this is with a twist. The main idea is to order a book through their recommendations. It will awaken your inner child with the promise of the unknown! The author, aka Nadia, recommends books in the categories that you like.

And you will be surprised by her suggestions. As many readers know, you sometimes wait in anticipation for a new book by your favourite writer and are therefore not aware of all the other books that you may like.

Nadia advises you on what you may like based on the preference sheet you fill in on the website. Mariaan’s section of the website is known as the apothecary and she has home-made hand creams, soaps, facecloths, custom notebooks with wooden finish pens, and a variety of note cards available. Does this spark your curiosity? The architect, Jacobs, did the graphic design. She created the graphic artwork and website.

She specialises in design and illustration, motion graphics, animation, 3D modelling and conceptualisation. The artist, Storm, is a professional photographer and her photo books of your precious memories can be ordered. These women have become entrepreneurs during Covid-19 and this website will be up any bibliophile’s alley. Visit this amazing website and become part of the book lovers movement: www.readersbrewery.com
