For the past 20 years, Terma Electrical has been rendering excellent services to its clients. The business celebrated 20 years of success on Friday April 30. The milestone was celebrated with a braai, drinks and lunch for all employees and clients. There were gifts galore for lucky customers and workers.

Terma was first launched in April 2001.
“We offer all the services you need from a reputable electrical contractor, from fixing faulty wiring through to air conditioner installations and everything in between. We have extensive experience in domestic and industrial installations and we also sell electrical, air conditioner and appliance spares,” said the manager, Marietjie Smuts.

Melda Matenche and Marietjie Smuts.

She referred to Terma Electrical as a family business. “We have employees who have been working with us since the business was established. Others have been with Terma for more than 16 years. We even have two cats that have been with us for years,” Smuts said.

She added, “We have one common goal: to grow the business and to keep our clients happy at all times. We thank God that this business has grown this big.”

Smuts said, “In 2001, no one could predict how successful Terma Electrical would be or how long the
company would be around. All we knew was we had the expertise to provide electrical services and a desire to give customers the type of service that was missing in many a marketplace.”

On the day, the store bid farewell to one of their loyal employees, Melda Matenche. Matenche had worked
for Terma since 2005. She received a brand-new four-plate stove as a token of appreciation.

“I am thankful to the management for this wonderful gift. I will use the stove to bake and cook my favourite foods
as I enjoy my retirement.”

Terma Electrical thanked its customers for their support. The company operates from 07:30 to 16:00 on weekdays. On Saturdays it is open from 08:00 to 11:00.
