From gardener to pastor and published author
Pr Tumelo Letswalo of the Miracles Signs and Wonders Ministries recently penned his first book.

In his book, Places – A place of destiny, purpose, prayer and worship, he writes about creating destiny.
“In 2020 I was retrenched as a contractor after the Lydenburg Smelter had closed down. I had a lot of time on my hands at home. The dreamers out there need to start taking steps to do something for themselves. Faith without work is dead. It is like someone praying for a job but not sending out their CV,” he said.

Letswalo matriculated from Mashishing High and worked as a gardener after university to save money. He was able to register and start his own company, Letswalo Holdings. One of his dreams is to provide a wonderful life for his wife Lillian and children Karabo (11), Keabetswe (9), Kutloano (7) and Ethan (2).
His favourite scripture is Proverbs 3:5-6: “Trust the Lord with all your heart and lean not on your own understanding”.
“People walk around with a fake smile, fake marriage and a fake business. But inside they are broken. Don’t pretend to be someone you are not for the approval of people. People know that God desires to turn their situations around, but they don’t know what to do. When tragedy hits, people of God are left wrestling with their hopes, fears and demons. With the book I hopefully offer newfound wisdom about the places that can help people struggling in life to take advantage of opportunities,” he said. The book is very popular and is already in its second print. Pr Letswalo is available as a motivational speaker. For more information, phone 072 456 6105.
