Music and culture set the stage for SOMA in Groblersdal

A line-up of musical and cultural performances is currently performing at the Groblersdal Rugby Stadium ahead of the State of the Municipality Address.

Scores of residents have packed the stands of the stadium and are currently being entertained by various artists.

Mayor David Tladi is expected to address the masses on achievements and shortfalls at the State of the Municipality Address (SOMA) today.

He is also expected to detail plans for the current financial year aimed at improving service delivery.

Simon Makua, municipal spokesperson, confirmed that the mayor will deliver the address after midday.
