Road improvement advances smoothly

Elias Motsoaledi Local Municipality confirmed that the road improvements of Moteti Village are currently 55% complete.

Elias Motsoaledi Local Municipality has expressed satisfaction regarding the progress made on the upgrades of the Moteti Village internal road from gravel to paved, and the installation of a stormwater control system along the stretch.

According to the municipality, the project, targeted for delivery at the end of November, is currently 55% complete.

Simon Makua, municipal spokesperson, said the finished project is expected to improve accessibility and safety among residents.

Makua indicated that 12 locals benefitted through work opportunities created since the start of the development.
