Attorneys c/o BLR Attorneys, 19 Geringer Street, Del Judor Proper, Emalahleni, notice of your intention to defend (if any) in an action wherein the Plaintiff, IMAS FINANCE (CO-OPERATIVE) LIMITED, a co-operative with limited liability, duly registered and incorporated in terms of the company laws of the Republic of South Africa, and registered as a credit provider as defined in terms of Section 40 of the National Credit Act, 34 of 2005, having its principal place of business at Imas Park, Corner Embankment Road and Kwikkie Street, Centurion, Pretoria claims: – 1.1 Payment of the sum of
R54 246.81;
1.2. Interest thereon at the prevailing variable rate of 24.50% per annum, calculated daily and debited monthly as from
23 May 2023 to date of payment in full, both days inclusive;
1.3. Costs of the suit on a scale as between attorney and client; and
1.4 Further and / or alternative relief.
