Volkswagen has enhanced the value proposition of the revised Polo sedan by including a three-year/ 45 000km service plan as a standard offering.

The interior and exterior designs of the new Polo sedan have been refreshed with a premium look and feel. For the exterior, the new Polo sedan has been given a contemporary appearance, with the redesigned front and rear bumpers, as well as headlights and front foglights for the Comfortline derivatives.

The Comfortline derivatives also feature chrome accents on the door handles, front lower grille, boot lid and lower rear bumper. Meanwhile, the Trendline derivatives are now offered with colour-coded side mirrors and door handles.

The indicators which were previously on the fenders have been integrated into the side mirrors. Four new colours have also been added into the new Polo sedan model range. The new colours are Titanium Beige metallic, Night Blue metallic, Carbon Steel metallic and Toffee Brown metallic.

The 1.6 TDI engine with 77kW has been replaced with a 1.5 TDI. The new engine also delivers 77kW of power. The new Polo sedan can be customised with the following convenience optional features: namely, rear park distance control, cruise control (standard in Comfortline derivatives) and rain sensor with auto-dimming interior mirror (only available in Comfortline derivatives).

In addition to the standard service plan, the Polo Sedan model range also comes standard with a three-year/120 000km and a 12-year anti-corrosion warranty. The service interval is 15 000km.
