Sideways sliding at the Rock
The Rock Raceway in Boksburg will host round three of this season's Cambees Midas Benoni Drifting Championship on Saturday evening.
More than 20 cars will tackle the competition which will include solo runs and side by side action around sections of the venue’s oval track and infield.
As usual crowd participation will be encouraged, while musical entertainment will be supplied by DJ Rock.
The venue’s gates will be open from noon with racing action set to start at 4pm. Food and drink will be on sale or you can take your own.
Parking is plentiful and free of charge.
Admission is R60 per adult and R30 per child between the ages of six and 12.
