Laager Rooibos one shot winter detox

Ingredients
- 2 bags Laager Rooibos Tea
- 1 cup Boiling water
- 2 cm Turmeric, sliced
- 2 cm Ginger, sliced
- 3 TBSP Apple cider vinegar, organic unfiltered
- 4 cups Fresh water
- 1 Lemon, juiced to taste
- Pinch of cinnamon
- Sweetener of choice
Method
- Steep the Laager Rooibos teabags in boiling water for at least 15 minutes.
- Combine the fresh turmeric and ginger in a blender with a small amount of water and process until smooth.
- Add the liquid along with the lemon juice, apple cider vinegar, cinnamon and the steeped Laager Rooibos tea to a glass jug and stir vigorously.
- Add the remaining water, then sweeten as desired.
