Air fryer roast rumps with skinny fries
With an air fryer, you can prepare the roast rumps and skinny fries in less time than it would take to preheat your oven.
Air fryers have revolutionised home cooking, making it easier to achieve that perfect roast without the need for a traditional oven. What makes air fryer roast rumps so special is the way the air fryer’s rapid hot air circulation locks in the juices, ensuring the meat remains tender on the inside while achieving a crisp, caramelised exterior. The result? A roast rump that’s bursting with flavour, with none of the fuss or mess of traditional roasting.
But let’s not overlook the fries. Skinny fries, when cooked in an air fryer, reach an ideal level of crispiness that’s often elusive when baking or frying in oil. The secret lies in the air fryer’s ability to cook the fries evenly from all angles, giving them that irresistible crunch with a fraction of the oil you’d typically use. This means you get to indulge in your favourite comfort food without the guilt.
