10-year-old Monique Whittington went missing while playing outside

A 10-year-old girl has been missing since September 9.
Monique Whittington was last seen playing in Capstan Street, Pefferville, East London at around 4pm.
She was last seen wearing a pink sweater with denim jeans, with her hair tied up. Her ears are pierced.
