Woman raped, killed and her body dumped in a cemetery

Her family says this is the fourth incident of rape in their family where justice has not been served.

eMbalenhle residents in Mpumalanga were up in arms and dissatisfied with the police after the release of alleged rape and murder suspects, Ridge Times reports.

The locals accused the released men of raping and killing Ms Princess Mahlaba, 26, also known as Sesi.

The disgruntled residents took to the street and protested outside the eMbalenhle Police Station to voice their concerns on Monday, September 18.

They said people were fed up with police officers not doing their job. Mahlaba’s body was found at a cemetery by people who attended a funeral. Her naked body was found in a pool of blood and her family said they were in shock.
