Mondli Gungubele mourns passing of 32-year-old son

Karabo Gungubele was working as an analyst for FNB and passed away on Heritage Day after a short illness.


In a statement on Friday, Minister in the Presidency Mondli Gungubele revealed his deep sadness at the untimely passing of his son, Karabo Gungubele.

Karabo passed away on Friday morning at the age of 32 after a short illness.

He worked as a quantitative analyst at First National Bank and held a BSc in mathematical science.

The Presidency sent its deepest condolences to the Gungubele family during their hour of need.

The ministry would issue further details on funeral arrangements in due course.

“May the soul of Karabo Gungubele rest in peace,” said spokesperson Nonceba Muhlauli.
