We are about to enter the new year, which means that now is the best time to get your cleaning supplies out and spring clean your home and personal spaces to have a fresh, neat, dust and germ-free start.

Spring cleaning can get super overwhelming, so to make things easier for you, you should consider starting with your furniture, and then ending off with the rest of the house.

In the video which she has shared, she starts off by spraying her entire couch with warm water using a spray bottle.

She then goes ahead and sprinkles the whole couch with baking soda, before using a damp cloth to rub the baking soda into the couch.

Once she lets that dry for some time, she moves on to using a vacuum machine to vacuum the whole couch, and then uses a spray bottle to spray on some rubbing alcohol to complete her couch cleaning and deodorising process.

Carolina has also shared her homemade couch cleaning solution, which will be sure to clean your couches thoroughly and leave them looking and smelling fresh.

She starts off by adding two cups of water to a glass spray bottle, before adding 1/2 cup of dish soap, 3/4 cup of hydrogen peroxide, and 20 drops of essential oil.

Once she’s done, she shakes the bottle well to ensure that all the ingredients are mixed, and then sprays her couch cleaning solution directly onto her couches.
