GALLERY: Mandela Day 2017

This day was launched on his birthday, July 18, back in 2009 by the United Nations General Assembly.

Politicians such as Parliament speaker Baleka Mbete, Democratic Alliance leader Mmusi Maimane, Finance Minister Malusi Gigaba and Police Minister Fikile Mbalula joined South Africans and took part in the Nelson Mandela day activities.
