Another motorist who was close by was also shot when a bullet hit his vehicle.

On Monday evening, February 6, a husband and wife were travelling home in two separate vehicles from their business in the east of Johannesburg CBD, to their residence on Tokai Street, Alan Manor, when the husband’s vehicle was blocked by a silver Mercedes, Comaro Chronicle reports.

Four heavily armed men started shooting at the resident, and when his wife realised what was happening, she sped off towards Mondeor Police Station.

The resident was fatally wounded.

Another motorist who was close by was also shot when a bullet hit his vehicle.
