WATCH: ANN7 does it again as TV report goes horribly wrong

A video from Gupta-owned news channel ANN7 doing a live-crossing has gone viral for all the wrong reasons.
What was supposed to be a live report outside the Donald Gordon Hospital in Johannesburg regarding the condition of ANC struggle stalwart Ahmed Kathrada ended up becoming an embarrassment for the network, which has been struggling with its viewership and credibility since its launch four years ago.
In the video, a seemingly nerve-wracked ANN7 reporter is seen stumbling over her words and referring to Kathrada as “Cartwright”, and even the name of the hospital was erroneously spelled on screen.
It’s understood that the footage was taken on Monday when Kathrada’s condition was reported by his foundation to have deteriorated.
