Every day millions of parents around the world fail at parenting in various ways to various degrees. And boy-o-boy does it feel a bit better when we share our fails because it proves we are all in the same boat and none of us has a freaking paddle. The variety and severity of fails are also reassuring – from kids who swear, to smashed iPads, toilet water, Uber Eats lunch boxes, missed rugby games, social media escapism, and even to serial killer tooth fairies.
