WATCH: How to tackle crime, according to Herman Mashaba

Joburg Mayor Herman Mashaba addressed the media and City stakeholders on key city infrastructure, most of which is on its way to collapsing, and underlined key solutions to be implemented to arrest the decline.

In briefing the media, Mashaba stated he believed the only way to deal with the question of crime was to ensure the economic recovery in the City kicks into gear.
