Red Frogs at your call
Matrics can lean on the support from the Red Frogs team if they feel unsafe during Rage.
The Matric class of 2015 are already knee deep in Rage 2015 shenanigans, enjoying their freedom from school.
More than 200 Red Frogs volunteers have been training around the country to be a positive presence in the party environments.
You will see them around town with their backpacks stocked up with bottled water and Cartoon Candy Red Frog sweets.
The teams have been raising funds throughout the year to be at Ballito, Umhlanga, Margate, Plett and J-Bay.
The team in KZN kicked off their first evening at the Litchi Party on Friday, November 27 and are assisting at the first ever Rage Train, from Ballito to The Sound Factory at Kings Park, Durban.
Volunteers are also present at The Sound Factory, where there is a tent set up for Matrics to have a safe space to come to should they need a place to chill out, or in case of emergency.
Gateway Private Hospital, through regular fundraising in their cafe, have donated bottled water en-mass for the volunteers to give out to Matrics in need of hydration.
These resources, coupled with the famous free pancakes, are just two ways the Red Frogs build friendships of trust with the Matrics while ensuring they are not drinking on empty stomachs.

Book a team to come and make you a pancake breakfast, but don’t leave it too late because these pancake bookings get full quickly.
