Cupcakes help AIDS orphans
Buy a cupcake to support Netcare Alberlito's AIDS fundraiser.
Netcare Alberlito Hospital staff have chosen the sweet route to raise funds for this year’s World AIDS Day, by selling cupcakes.
Cake Designs by Les, Compass, Netcafe, Pick n Pay at Ballito Junction and the Lifestyle Centre’s SuperSpar sponsored 250 cupcakes for the worthy cause.
Netcare Alberlito Hospital marketing officer, José Nadesan said they are so grateful for their support.
“We could not have done this without these guys,” said Nadesan.
The money raised from the sales will be distributed to a North Coast AIDS/HIV orphanage.
Lisa Smart-Compos from Pinc will help the hospital choose a worthy orphanage.
“It is so important to make sure the money goes where it is needed most,” said Smart-Compos.
So, wear your red ribbons and buy a cupcake in support of the World AIDS Day.
