Hazelmere Dam is unchanged on 25.85% with an outflow of 0.01 cubic metres per second to keep the Umdloti River alive.
It is believed that 15% of the dam is filled with silt, leaving just 10% water in the dam.
Still no rain has been recorded at the dam or the catchment in the Wartburg/Gerytown area.
Only rain in the catchment area will fill the dam.
