The North Coast Courier’s Best of Ballito readers’ choice awards have returned, affording locals the opportunity to shine a spotlight on their businesses of choice.

The ‘Best of’ awards have been running for 26 years across the country.

Started by media group Caxton, the awards aim to recognise businesses which provide excellent services or products, while also directing customers to where they will find the best of the best.

“The North Coast is such a vibrant community and people love to ask for and share their recommendations. The “Best of” is a great platform for everyone to give recognition to the businesses they love to use,” said The North Coast Courier Editor, Lesley Naudé.

From restaurants to your preferred mechanic, any local business can be nominated and there are a number of different categories.

Nominating your favourite business could see you win prizes worth R30 000 from luxury accommodation partners, Rhino River Lodge, Rain Farm Game and Lodge and Antbear Lodge.

Nominations open on Saturday, April 1.

Should you not find a category fit for the nominee you have in mind, these can be added. Voters will only be able to nominate once in each sub-category.
