The search is on for SA’s ultimate beach babe

THE search is officially back on for Miss Zag 2013, presented by Rip Curl and Reef Brazil, where one gorgeous contestant will win the coveted title of SA’s ultimate beach babe, along with an all expenses paid trip for two to Mauritius.

The contest is open to anyone over the age of 18 and features a unique platform where entrants simply sign up and get to build their own online portfolio on www.misszag.co.za

You don’t need professional modelling images to enter, and contestants get to post updates and tell the public about themselves online. The public are also invited to vote for their favourite contestants and, along with a panel of professional judges, will help decide the overall winner at the end of December 2013.

“It’s great to see the amazing response we’ve already had from all the contestants this year and see Miss Zag go from strength to strength,” said Will Bendix, editor of Zigzag Magazine. “I think it’s going to be very hard for the judges to decide on a winner at the end of the year, but that’s not a bad thing.”

Along with the coveted title, Miss Zag, as well as the top six finalists, will feature in the Miss Zag 2014 calendar. The winner will also receive a quiver of surfboards and score a new wardrobe from leading surf brands, Rip Curl and Reef Brazil. The ultimate cherry on top is the all expenses paid trip for two to Mauritius.
