Flooding continues in Durban North

HEAVY rains in Durban have not let up and have continued to cause flooding on several roads in the city.
Durban North Roads are no exception. In addition to Rinaldo, Chris Hani and Effingham Roads, the M4 near Virginia was also heavily affected.
