Here’s what the flower reaction emoji means

The digital flower introduced by Facebook recently means “thankful”.

AS we get closer to Mother’s Day, Facebook have once again added the flower reaction emoji. To mark the special occassion in more than 80 countries across the world, Facebook introduced the temporary reaction emoji two years ago.

The digital flower means “thankful”. The reaction is a temporary reaction and Facebook users will not be able to use it after Mother’s Day.

If you have left a the flower as a reaction, it will still appear underneath any posts where it has been added.

There’s even a dedicated page to get Facebook to leave the flower as a reaction for all posts under the hashtag #bringbacktheflower.

Here’s how Twitter reacted-
