“While patrolling Old North Coast Road the team identified a suspect wanted in connection with recent copper pipe and water meter thefts on Duffy Crescent, Avoca, and Conyngham Road, Parkhill. These incidents had been reported, and cases were filed with Greenwood Park SAPS,” said Marshall Security spokesperson, Tyron Powell.

It is believed that he may have also been involved in incidents which occurred in Effingham.

Greenwood Park SAPS arrived and took the individual into custody and will be conducting further investigations to see if the suspect is linked to other cases.
