TWO of Durban’s most popular Indian bands, The Bollywood Show Band and Chutney and Nagara, unite for one mega show – The Best of Bollywood and Nagara – at Sibaya Casino and Entertainment Kingdom in September.
They will bring the iZulu Theatre’s stage to life with vibrant costumes, spectacular dance displays, and music that will have the audience tapping their feet. There will be a special guest performance by Imran Aslam.
“This glitzy and energetic music event is for the whole family, with sensational music and awesome dancing. The audience can look forward to hearing rocking line-up of golden oldies and recent film hits. Music lovers will also be treated to their favourite Chutney and Nagara tunes with the characteristic slice of comedy live at iZulu Theatre.
The show is presented by Showtime SA which has brought the two bands together for the show. Buoyed on the overwhelming response to previous similar shows at Sibaya, there will be two concerts; one at 8pm on September 6, and one at 4pm on September 7. Ticket sales for the first show are open.
