WIN: Tickets to Aaron McIlroy’s new show, ADHD
Ten lucky readers can each win a pair of tickets to the show taking place at the Elizabeth Sneddon Theatre.
DURBAN NORTH’S very own, funny man, Aaron McIlroy will embark, once again on a wild and whacky journey. This time McIlroy delves into the fantastical world of learning disorders in ADHD.
The piece was a hit debut run on the 2018 National Arts Festival Fringe and now McIlroy is set to take his home base audience by storm with this latest one-man comedy riot. The show runs at the Elizabeth Sneddon Theatre on UKZN’s Durban campus from 20 February to 10 March 2019.
Produced by MacBob Productions, this hilarious take on the ‘problems’ of ADHD and other ‘disturbing behavioral patterns’ is charmingly portrayed by SA’s master of character comedy. Facts and theories are turned on their heads –literally as we get a bird’s eye view into the chaotic and beautiful mind of Aaron McIlroy, who has lived with this ‘gift’ for the last half century.

Quips Aaron about his new show: “If not exactly autobiographical, I certainly have inside information!” The veteran comic’s hugely popular brand of humour has spiced up the theatre scene over several decades.
ADHD plays at 7.30pm on Tuesdays to Saturdays and at 6pm on Sundays. Tickets are R150 throughout. Booking is through Computicket.
Ten pairs of tickets are up for grab, and the competition closes on Friday, 16 Feb.
