Child’s Play makes a return to Nu Metro cinemas across the country this weekend.

What’s new at the movies?

If you’re a fan of the iconic horror-comedy of Chucky, the evil doll from the late 1980s, the terror of the cult classic Child’s Play makes its return to Nu Metro Cornubia Mall’s luxurious VIP cinema this week. Good news for Bollywood fans: Super 30 is the other new release this week. Also remember to book your tickets for Disney’s spectacular new live-action version The Lion King – releasing at all Nu Metro cinemas nationwide next Friday, 19 July.

CHILD’S PLAY (18 HLV)

From the producer of IT comes this contemporary re-imagining of the 1988 horror classic. Child’s Play follows Karen (Aubrey Plaza), a single mother who gifts her son Andy (Gabriel Bateman) a “Buddi doll,” unaware of its more sinister nature.
