Vitamin T is known to enhance memory and concentration and regulates the metabolism of proteins, carbohydrates and fats

Dr Lalitha Badul

Vitamin T is a substance called torulitine found only in sesame seeds, egg yolks and pumpkin seeds.

It is not considered to be a vitamin yet as very little is known about it and an RDA has not yet been established. Vitamin T is known to enhance memory and concentration and regulates the metabolism of proteins, carbohydrates and fats.

It also strengthens red blood cells and supports the functioning of white blood cells, which keeps the immune system strong, preventing disease.
