Financial constraints bring change at Hospice

Sadly, the staff compliment will be reduced to one professional nurse, one social worker and three caregivers. All other staff will be retrenched

The Estcourt Hospice Association will hold it’s 23rd Annual General Meeting at 5pm on Thursday, December 18.
All welcome. Hospice has offered a wonderful caring service to the communities of Estcourt and surrounding areas and to Mooi River over these many years, but sadly, due to lack of funds from January 1, 2015 we will be able to offer a service to Estcourt town and Wembezi only.

Sadly, the staff compliment will be reduced to one professional nurse, one social worker and three caregivers.
All other staff will be retrenched. The office will remain open on Monday to Thursday mornings, should anyone need to hire equipment but it would probably be better to telephone ahead to make sure that there will be someone in the office when you call.

The office will close in its present state as from end of business on December 18 and will re-open on Monday, January 5, 2015. Thank you for your support over the past 23 years and hopefully you will continue to support your hospice in the future.
