Residents fed up with illegal dumping, horrible smell

Residents of Smartiesville and Acaciavale are fed up with the constant illegal dumping and foul smell in the area.

A drive through these areas clearly shows piles of rubbish dumped literally in every empty space.

Not only is this an unpleasant sight, but has created a terrible stench in the areas affected.

Mrs Singh, who lives in the area, says she can’t stand the smell that lingers in the air due to not only the illegal dumping, but the municipal dump site situated in Smartiesville.

“We have a lovely home, but what is the point when everything is ruined by the unbearable stink that comes wafting from the dump yard, not to mention all the other illegal dumping that takes place on a regular basis,” fumes Mrs Singh.
