Dinah Marè and her family urgently request the public’s assistance to help recover lost evidence.

Ben Marè, Dinah’s husband, was tragically killed in a collision on April 15, 2013 on the corner of Drakensberg Drive and Allen Street around 4.15pm

when he was struck by a car while travelling on his scooter.

A copy of the CCTV footage of the collision was given to an unknown resident, but the original CCTV footage has since gone missing.

The family of the deceased is making an urgent appeal to the public to please come forward if you have any footage of the incident in question.

It can be handed to Liza Botha at Protection Services or to the State Prosecutor, Brandon van Staden.
