“This area has become a marsh already, and when it is hot the smell is terrible because the water has been standing for so long,” said a resident who wished to remain anonymous.
The resident claimed he had reported the matter to the municipality, but nothing had been done to repair it.
The municipality was contacted for comment, but none was forthcoming at the time of going to print.
