Finding a financial plan for peace of mind

With turbulent economic times; investments and savings are becoming a worrying factor

With turbulent economic times; investments and savings are becoming a worrying factor for South Africans. In between the weak Rand and unstable global markets, consumers may often find themselves stuck between the proverbial rock and a hard place.

So, who do you call on when your ‘game plan’ feels threatened or your financial future seems unstable? A coach, a person who sees your goal and sticks to the plan.

This was the advice imparted to locals at a business meeting held in Estcourt and Winterton last Wednesday, which was hosted by Adviceworx partner and Financial Planner Geshy Singh.

Clients in Estcourt were treated to a breakfast meeting, while clients in Winterton enjoyed a scrumptious lunch, which followed the presentation.

Simon Sayer, co-founder of Adviceworx was the guest speaker and talked clients through a visual presentation that has been seen around South Africa.

Mr Sayer explained the importance of having a ‘coach’ or financial planner who can steer one away from the ‘herd mentality’, which often results in a deviation from one’s financial goals.

He explained how Adviceworx tailor-makes packages for clients, which are suited to their lifestyle goals and reiterated that having a financial plan is always encouraged.
