Update: Alternate numbers to reach police
The SAPS have issued alternative numbers people can call to lay complaints or report a crime
Ladysmith and Ezakheni police stations are still facing a telephone connection problem whereby people cannot reach the police when they try to call.
The SAPS have issued alternative numbers to call to lay complaints or report a crime.
Police spokesperson Captain Charmaine Struwig says the 10111 line is still problematic and the public must please bear with them while the problem is being seen to.
In the interim, police are making available the following neigbouring police station numbers, who will direct complaints to each other via radio. They are: Besters on 0366373258, Colenso on 0364222222 and Ezakheni on 0366369500.
