NEWCASTLE – A woman was injured after an argument ensued between herself and another driver on Scott Street, earlier this afternoon.
According to sources on scene, the argument quickly became violent, when a male motorist allegedly beat up the woman, leaving her injured.

Police were summoned to the scene, and arrested the suspect.
Although the exact cause of the argument is still unknown, police investigations will continue.
