
Ladysmith police are appealing to the public to help them identify a person they believe could help them solve a fraud case.
On September 15, a person unknown to the 58-year-old complainant withdrew money from his bank account at an ATM in the Ladysmith CBD using a duplicated card.
At the time, the actual card was in possession of the complainant.
The investigating officer, Sergeant PR Khumalo, is keen to speak to the person depicted in the attached photo, since they may be able to shed light on the cash withdrawal made at the ATM.
