CRIME: Amajuba Crime Cluster Unit produces highly successful arrests

The Amajuba Cluster Task Team produced highly successful arrests, while they were conducting stop and search operations in Madadeni, on January 4.

According to police reports, while patrolling, members of the team arrested the first suspect who was in possession of 103 packets of dagga, weighing 1.10 kilograms.

The Task Team also confiscated 36 dangerous weapons.

Amongst the weapons confiscated, police found okapi knives, bush knives and kitchen knives.

Madadeni SAPS Station Commander, Colonel F. Alexander, applauded the members for the successful arrests and further advised them of the importance of police visibility in the community.
