SIYAHLALA-LA – Newcastle police are investigating the murder of a 25-year-old man, which occurred in Siyahlala-la on January 29.
Newcastle SAPS Corporate Communications and Liaison Officer, Lizzy Arumugam said the victim was found in the informal settlement with numerous stab wounds to his body. A while later police arrested four suspects.
“The motive for the murder still remains unclear at this stage,” she said.
The suspects, aged between 20 and 54, will appear in the Madadeni Regional Court soon.
