Dannhauser police arrested a 44-year-old man for being in possession of dagga on January 27 at the Dannhauser Bus Rank.
While performing crime prevention duties, the police received a tip-off regarding a man selling dagga at the rank. The suspect noticed the police approaching him and ran away, and police gave chase.
The suspect was apprehended and charged with possession of dagga.
Investigations continue.
