Donate your precious blood this Sunday
Visit the Blood Donor Clinic at San Marco Centre from 10am to 4pm on Sunday, April 29
The Satya Sai Organisation will be joining forces with the South African National Blood Service (SANBS) on Sunday, April 29, to help save lives. They encourage you to visit them at the Ladysmith Blood Donor Centre at San Marco Centre from 10am to 4pm.
Donating one unit of blood saves three lives. Before donating, ensure:
- You are between the ages of 16 and 65
- You weigh 50kg or more
- You have had a snack
- You lead a sexually safe lifestyle
If you meet all the above criteria, come on and join the family of “superheroes” by donating your precious blood.
